About Matt Sprung
Matthew Sprung has been
working in the real estate
industry since 1983, when he
started selling homes in
Jersey City, New Jersey. He
then transitioned into the
land development business
where he has been active
since. Working over the
years with many developers
and builders in acquisition,
entitlements and
construction has given Mr.
Sprung critical perspective
on what makes redevelopment
practical.
He has been instrumental in
the aquisition and
etitlement of thousands of
homes in New Jersey while
working with both small and
large builders.
Currently, Mr. Sprung serves
as a commissioner on the New
Jersey Housing Commission
and expects to receive a
Master degree in City and
Regional Planning in May
2010 from the Edward J.
Bloustein School of Planning
and Public Policy at Rutgers
University.
Mr. Sprung is a New Jersey licensed real estate broker.
